Shipping and Tracking FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we ship only within India.

How do I track my order?

Once you complete your purchase and the order has been shipped, you should receive an email from order@3difi.com. This email will have the Tracking ID.

In how many days shall I receive my order?

  • All Orders placed before 3.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Most of our orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Shipments through DTDC, if created before 03:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.

Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

Orders FAQs

Are there any hidden charges on 3DIFI?

Definitely NO! 

All our products will have the price tag mention whether it is inclusive of GST or not. If the price is not inclusive of GST then the applicable GST will be added to the cart during checkout.

I cannot find the items that I want to buy. How do I order them?

Mail us the list of items you wish to purchase, to info@3difi.com and we shall let you know if we shall be able to deliver them.

What are the delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are dependent on the following factors.

  • Location
  • Weight and volume of the package

Since we have tried up with reputed courier services, charges will we standard rates.

The item I wish to purchase is ‘Out of Stock’. Can I still place an order?

For selected products we enable Pre Order option. If the Pre order option is enabled then you can surely place an order, however the order will be fulfilled only when we receive the product.

I wish to cancel my order. How can I do that?

Drop a mail to support@3difi.com with your Order ID and our Customer Care team shall assist you with the Cancellation.

I want to place a Bulk Order. Do I get discounts?

Yes, we do have good discounts for bulk purchases. Please send an email to info@3difi.com with the products required and quantity details and we shall provide you a quotation with the best prices.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You should receive a confirmation mail from orders@3difi.com, as soon as you place an order. In case you haven’t received a mail and the amount has been deducted from your account, please drop a mail to support@3difi.com and our Customer Care team will contact you shortly.

Can I place orders by phone or email?

No, for individual purchases, we do not accept orders by phone or email as it cannot be tracked or accounted for properly. Our online Store is designed for a smooth and hassle-free purchase.

However, if there is a bulk order then we recommend you to drop an email to info@3difi.com with the product required and the quantities, we shall provide you a quotation with the best prices.

Do you have any dealers from where we can buy products?

No, we do not have any dealers. All the information of all our products are on our website. You can directly buy from our website and we will send the products through courier directly to your address.

Only for bulk purchases with order value above Rs 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) and for locations within Bengaluru, we do a direct door delivery of the purchased items.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on 3DIFI?

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your 3Difi account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You’ll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

What does 'Pre Order' or 'Forthcoming' mean?

Items marked as ‘Preorder’ are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them with us. Such items will be shipped after their official release.

We are conducting a workshop; can you provide kits for us?

Yes, we do work with educational institutes and other organizations for workshops and provide materials and training at competitive prices. For more information contact us with complete details at info@3difi.com.  

Please note any bulk requirements will require advance notice of 2-3 weeks, for us to ensure sufficient stock.

Will 3DIFI suggest products for my application?

We can suggest products for your application. Please send us a mail on info@3difi.com stating your requirement. Our team will contact you at the earliest.

Our team will try to suggest the best possible items for your applications, but we do not take any type of responsibility of items suggested by any means of communication that will definitely work in your application. Also, we will not be responsible to replace / take back the product recommended by us.

Payment FAQs

What are the different Payment options available?

Payment Gateway

We accept Credit/Debit card and Net Banking payments through a third-party payment gateway RazorPay, which is the fastest and fastest way to make payments on our website. 

All your personal data for payments is taken only by RazorPay and not by us.
You can also pay through net banking through this facility. Transfers made through this method are immediate. Please note that you can also transfer funds through NEFT through your online bank account without any processing charges but it may take time to transfer.
You are not charged anything extra for this payment gateway.

Net-Banking (Electronic Funds Transfer, NEFT/RTGS)

You can also pay by net banking if you have an online banking account with any nationalized bank which gives you facility to transfer the funds to our bank accounts. You can use the details below to use internet banking.
Please send us the transaction id and all other details of your transaction and bank account. NEFT generally takes 1 working day for transfer depending on your bank, NEFT transfers made before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day.

GST

The GST Input Tax Credit is available. Please enter your GSTIN number while checkout in the GSTIN section. The detailed invoice of your order will be provided with your GSTIN mentioned on it. Our GST returns are filed monthly as per schedule and verification of the same can be done in your GST panel as soon as our GST return filing is completed.

If you forgot to enter GST IN details while checkout please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible at (9:00 AM to 5:00PM IST Monday to Saturday). It is requested to contact for any changes before the monthly return filing schedule.

Is there a COD option available?

In view of the pandemic situation, to ensure quick and contactless delivery we have disabled COD facility. Please pay at the time of your order and we promise to deliver the items safe and quick.

I do not have a credit card, can I still buy products from you?

Yes. For your benefit we have multiple payment options available, please check our Payment options to know which one suits you the most.

Returns and Refunds FAQs

How do I return an order?

Please drop a mail to support@3difi.com with details of the issue you are facing with your product. Our Customer Care team shall help you with the Shipping & Refund Policies.

Which products are not eligible for returns?

The following table contains a list of products that are not eligible for returns as per the Returns Policy:

Customized items: Items made/cut as per client specifications. Customized items can be returned only if there are physical damages to the item while shipping or if it is not as per your specifications.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy?

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.

Warranty FAQs

What is covered under warranty?

Most of our products have mechanical, electrical and electronic components in them. Our warranty is to ensure that our products are of good quality and are valid for general use.

However electrical and electronic components are delicate and can be damaged due to surge in voltage or current supply. For these products conditional warranty is provided only if you receive a damaged product or genuine fault.

Warranty is provided mainly against non-proper components/parts used in some products such that the product does not work properly or non-proper assembling or manufacturing defects.
Also warranty is provided for damage occurring during shipping. In this case warranty is provided on all of our products and customers must contact SvaYantra within 7 days after receiving the parcel or else the warranty will be void.
SvaYantra is not responsible for improper installation or carelessness of users while handling the products.

Covid19 Queries

Are You Delivering Non-Essentials In All (Green, Orange And Red) Zones?

SvaYantra (3Difi) welcomes the latest notification from Government of India as it enables e-commerce to deliver a wider selection of products while upholding the tenets of safety and social distancing. As per the latest government guidelines, we have started accepting orders for all products across the country. For the safety of our customers and delivery associates and to maintain social distancing, all deliveries by 3DIFI will continue to be no-contact.

(Important: No eCommerce deliveries are allowed in containment zones.)

I Have Already Placed an Order, But It Is Showing A Long Delivery Date?

We are gearing up our operations to start delivering all products to across the country following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

What About My Pending Non-Essential Prepaid Order? When Will I Receive It?

As per the latest government guidelines, we have started processing existing orders for all products across the country, except Containment Areas. You will be notified via email once orders are processed.
