Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Policies

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and Contact us mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

2. Shipping Partners

  • We use DTDC to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
  • We also can ship through EMS Speed post or Courier services of India Post, on special request to remote locations, if our courier partners do not service your area. However, this totally depends on the Post office as we have to abide by their rules. Post offices check/verify the contents of each shipment before accepting it.
  • We may also choose some specific courier services, if our regular partner does not service to your area

3. Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • All Orders placed before 3.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Most of our orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Shipments through DTDC, if created before 03:00 PM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping company has their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.

4. Guarantee/Warranty and Return guidelines

All items are delivered with a standard warranty of minimum 15 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In the event of not having the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

For the product to be exchanged we require the following information mandatorily.

  • Videos: Please record an Unboxing video of the shipment and send it in the event of damaged or wrong item being delivered
  • Photos: Please click photos of the damaged items, if any or in the event of wrong item being dispatched and send it to our Customer Support – support@3difi.com along with the Order number
  • Replacement / Refund will be done to the extent of the damage or wrong delivery only. Ex if you have ordered for 5 items of product A and in the shipment 2 items were received in damaged condition, then only those 2 damaged items will be replaced.

5. 100% Refund/Replacement

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 5 days’ time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to “My Account” section and then to your order, there you will find an option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue ticket numbers to return the material. Once we receive the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. 

SVAYANTRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

6. Changing or Cancelling an Order

How to modify/Change the details of the order or how to Cancel the complete order? 

This can be done only by an email. You need to email us at support@3difi.com with the request to change like

  1. Change of address
  2. Change in Payment method
  3. Cancel the order completely.

Our Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be modified or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. 

Based on the payment option selected, Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges. This is primarily due to the charges/commissions levied by the payment gateway providers. Since these charges are levied per transaction, irrespective of whether the order was fulfilled or Cancelled. 

Please note that Cancellation or return of items will not be entertained without a valid reason. SVAYANTRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

7. Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
